Malakas, Family and Hospital
I’m back in the hospital. Hope to get my shoulder surgery on Friday so i’m out next week. Plans for combining the mailorder/wholesale with 2 other labels/friends are looking good. Graspop was ok, time with Disfear great. Meeting Jack and WBTD was great. Antimob and Bombenalarm in Hannover was a blast and a relief. Great to finally meet my fetah Boy Panos in real. The weekend at my parents with my good friend Lisa was great. Thanks Mum, Dad an Jürgen. Samurai exhibition in Speyer rules, sightseeing with my parents anyway. Ella is back home in Malmö, enjoy it but come back! BURIAL / NIGHTMARE / CRUDE 12inch testpress turned out brutal. Some layout stuff needs to be fixed and then the pressing starts. I added some more shows, tours, check it out.
Metal, friends and surgery
Hellfest last weekend was a blast. The night before at 1st Class Suicide (best cocktailbar ever) was killer, the time with the Disfears and Johan was so nice, inspiring and brilliant, meeting the RottenSound mumins was fun too. Seeing Watain and Satyricon ruled. Satyr looks like a norwegian jeans model and acts like it (ruins the great music) and Watain well, great show but fuck their Elite. Municipal Waste that’s the real ‘Elite’ :-)!!! Party on dudes and Scotty. I might have to cancel my Japan trip in August cause of my health, would suck. Other things suck too but tomorrow is cocktailnight with Ella and that makes life better and the weekend will too. GraspopMetalMeeting with Disfear then another surgery on my shoulder and so on. BURIAL / NIGHTMARE / CRUDE 12inch is in progress. Testpressing should arrive next week. Skitkids stuff sells good, limited editions are still available though.
Stuttgart Festival and more
Back from Stuttgart and it was big fun. Still too many bands every day but the organisation felt much better than the last years and i had good times. Two days and two times driving 10 hours was still to much for me even though the drives were fun cause of my mobile disco = the AssAssinators esp. Anna banan. Also it was a blast having my swedish family around and many others of my punk family. Love you! Thanks to the organizers, bands and catering crews. And thanks to everyone who bought records from me, this weekend kind of saved the label cause i can pay off debts this week. Now up to two more weekends of festivals, metal fests though, but it will be a blast with my friends. And one more thing: Farewell Ethan!!! Sucks you are leaving to the USSA and i will miss you huge neanderthal punk but have a great start over there.

Some people took it a little offensive i wrote >> WE DON’T TRADE !!! - Sorry, but the pressing plant does not take vinyl as payment! << Ok, stupid humor so now a short explanation. I don’t trade my limited stuff and i have no working distro so can’t really sell traded records and postage became so stupid high, buying is often better affordable than trading. BUT i might trade again when i have the chance to sell trade records again and when i paid my debts and i also have others trading my stuff (as written at the end of the newsletter too!!!) Sorry to who took it offensive, i didn’t mean it but i have to face all the above facts. Understand it or just ban/ignore me!!! Skitkids LP lim. edition, Tour Dates and balabla.
I added some tourdates. The SEEIN RED / FRAMTID Japan tour i will joyn (can’t wait to go there again and meet my Japanese punk family) and the ANTIMOB Tour. ANTIMOB is a hc/punk band from Greece with my lovely Mr. Panos and they are good, so check em out if you have a chance. The LIMITED EDITION of the SKITKIDS - “Besöket Vid Krubban” LP is finally ready.Heavy white vinyl with crazy screenprint Cover layoutet by Kashka by using original artwork from Crash Mange and adding crazy good looking shit and all screenprinted (4-colors) on silver cardboard by the screenprint maestro Olli!!!! Amazing, so get a copy. SKIKIDS will also play some shows this summer, i will post the dates when i finally get them. Aside from all this i am still way behind with everything and my motivation just doesn’t come back. But a lot of plans i am working on so hopefully all better, bigger, faster, higher, louder, more stupid and less stress for me soon.
Disfear weekend aka. cruising Sweden
I was with Disfear, PrinciplesOfExistence and RottenSound on the road in Sweden last weekend. Was a good relief having this break and like always with this great people it felt so good and gave me back some motivation. Also meeting some good friends in Stockholm, Malmö and Gothenborg was great, special thanks to Christina+Jakob for showing up!!! Now back home and trying to get a lot of shit straight, still not my best time at the moment but i see a light in all the darkness. Working my way up… forward… forward…
Not the best times
Yeah not the best times i have at the moment concerning the label and punk stuff. Money doesn’t come back fast enough so the Burial/Crude/Nightmare is still on hold. Thanks to my pressing agent Bieber that he has so much patience with me… My office computer crashes about two times a day, my bookkeeping programm just died, i have trouble with my van insurance and so on… if it wouldn’t be for the bands/my friends i would just quit right now. Well, i won’t but i’ll take a break to get a new computer, get my finances organized and hopefully somehow get the datas of my bookkeeping programm back. So be patient and stay tuned.

BOMBENALARM - Back from The Krankenbett Show
The show was a blast. It was an overwhelming emotional moment to see them again and see Marc releasing all the pressure. So many thanks to all the people who helped, showed up… Special thanks to Loffi/Bianca, Hannover Crew, Michl/Flo/Jessy/Franz and Thom who came especially for that show. SEEIN RED + Gerard for coming and playing. And for sure thanks to Ville, Hekki and Jukka for flying in from Finland and spending so nice nights with me and making the trip to the fest.
