Back from hospital
Hospital took way longer. 13 instead the expected 4 days. They were able to do way more than just to remove the metal. 2 muscles were stuck together and were separated, some bones were planed, metal was removed and more. On the long run this will help my arm to get better, never 100% but maybe 90%. But for now the surgery worked me over way harder than i thought and i am pretty weak, physical and mental. Feels like a big throw back but i know it will all go better just needs time.
